David Robinson
Planning & Domain
David is a RIBA-chartered architect and listed building specialist with over a decade of experience navigating the UK planning system. Based in Bath, he works with Grade I, II and II* listed properties in one of the country’s most demanding planning environments — and maintains a 100% success rate on planning permissions and listed building consents. His process has been highlighted as best practice by a leading conservation body. He brings first-hand knowledge of how planning professionals research, prepare, and argue cases.
Philip Hodgson
Product & Data
Phil is a product strategist and SaaS founder with an MBA from the University of Bath. He co-founded and scaled a SaaS platform that earned national recognition — featured in The Telegraph and cited in the Prime Minister’s Kruger Report. His career spans product strategy and data commercialisation across fintech, telecoms, and enterprise, including roles with Volkswagen and Omnicom. He builds data products that turn fragmented information into tools professionals can rely on.
